WHAT IS YOUR APPLICATION FEE?

Our application fee is $75.00 for Lease Holders and $25.00 per Occupant over 18 years of age. We accept both money orders and credit cards, all applications can be filled out online.
 

Do all your townhomes have two floors and a Private Entrance?

Yes, all of our townhomes have two floors and private entrances. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor, and kitchen and living areas are located on the first floor.
 

CAN I see a unit?

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis our Model Unit & Leasing Office are closed to the public. However you can view pictures and videos of our model at any time, 24 hours a day, 7-days a week!
 

How long is the waitlist?

Our waitlist varies depending on the season, but the sooner you put a full deposit down, the quicker we can get you to the top of the list.
 

What amenities are included?

Our townhomes include heat, water, and sewer. The only utility you have to pay is electricity!
 

Do you have a laundry room?

Yes, we have an on-site laundry room, conveniently located at the entrance of the complex. Laundry room hours are 8am-8pm.
